Description

Pearl is a terraced house constructed in painted roughcast and stucco, topped with a slate roof featuring bracketed eaves and a stone stack on the left end. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window range, showcasing original hornless 12-pane sash windows with painted slate sills. The entrance features a four-panel door with an overlight and panelled reveals, all within a timber open-pedimented surround. The building also has stucco quoins, a sill band, and window surrounds similar to those on No. 3. Additionally, there is a 20th-century flat dormer.
