Description

Tegfyn is a terraced house built between 1847 and 1887, featuring unpainted roughcast and stucco with a slate eaves roof, bracketed eaves, and stone end stacks. The house is two stories tall and has a three-window range of original hornless 12-pane sash windows with slate sills. The central door, dating from the 20th century, is complemented by an original overlight and panelled reveals. Notable architectural details include stucco angle strips, a sill band, and surrounds, which are linked vertically with sunk panels between the floors. Tegfyn is part of a little altered terrace that reflects the typical style of New Quay.
