Description

Sheridan is a later 19th century terraced house located at the upper end of a little altered row. The building features painted roughcast and stucco with a slate eaves roof, bracketed eaves, and a stone stack on the right end. It has a two-storey, two-window front that is closely built against No 9. The house retains its original hornless 12-pane sash windows and a four-panel door with an overlight. There are stucco quoins, surrounds, and a sill band. A 20th-century glazed porch has been added. Sheridan was built after 1847 and before 1887 and is part of a typical New Quay terrace. It is included for its group value.
