Description

5 West Street is a terraced house featuring painted stucco cladding and an imitation slate roof, complemented by a stone stack with slate drips on the right side. The building is three storeys tall and has a two-window range. The second floor is adorned with square hornless 6-pane sash windows, while the first floor showcases plate-glass sash windows. On the ground floor, there is a doorway to the left and a single window to the right of centre, which has mid-20th century glazing. Access to the house is via two slate steps leading to a 6-panelled door, where the top two panels are fielded and there is a plain overlight above. The previous listing schedule also notes a grouted roof.
