Description

4 Park Street is a terraced house featuring painted stucco cladding and an imitation slate roof with brick end stacks. The building is two stories tall and has a three-window range, consisting of 12-pane sash windows and a central doorway. The doorway has a 20th-century six-panelled door with a narrow overlight that includes original lozenge-pattern tracery. The house has stucco rusticated quoins, and all windows are adorned with stuccoed deep hoods and moulded keystones. The doorway also features a similar keystone above a plain surround. In a previous listing, it was noted that the roof was made of grouted cement and the door had six panels, but the top four panels were fielded.
