Description
The Dragon House is a detached house that has been converted into a shop. It features painted roughcast cladding and an imitation slate roof with plain red ridge tiles and stone stacks at each end. The building is three storeys high and has a three-window arrangement. The upper floor has three small plate glass sash windows, positioned at eaves level. The first floor contains three longer plate glass sash windows, while the ground floor has a similar window to the left of a central doorway, and a plate glass shop window in a wooden surround to the right. The doorway is glazed and has a low stone doorstep. At the rear, the roof slopes down over a two-storey outshut. Since the previous listing, the slate roof, stucco cladding, seven-panelled door (with the top five panels fielded), and window arrangements have been altered.
