Description

5 Hamilton Street is a two-storey house with painted stucco-clad walls and a slate roof, featuring brick end stacks, with the left stack shared with No 3. The house has two windows on the front, consisting of two small 12-pane sash windows on the first floor and one larger 12-pane sash window on the ground floor to the right, which is not aligned with the others. There are also two small 20th-century roof lights. A 20th-century glazed door is located at the extreme left, against the end wall of No 3. The building is accented with white-painted eared stucco surrounds and a white-painted plinth.
