Description
Windermere is a house constructed with painted stucco featuring imitation stone jointing and a slate roof with nogged brick eaves, similar to No 3. It has a red brick stack on the left end and stands three storeys tall with three bays. The windows have been renewed and are hornless 16-pane sash windows. There are three shorter windows on the second floor, one window on the first floor to the left, and two windows on the ground floor. The first floor to the right features a canted oriel window with 4-12-4-pane sashes. The central doorway is arched and flanked by pilasters, with moulded caps and a moulded head that includes springing blocks and a keystone, mirroring the design of No 3. The entrance has a six-panel door and a plain fanlight above it. The house has a raised plinth and a basement light to the right.
