Description
Seagarth is a detached house with a painted stucco street facade, featuring three storeys and an attic. The building has two bays and a hipped close-eaved slate roof that slopes to the front, with two truncated long stacks along the ridge. On the second floor, there are two 12-pane sash windows, while the first floor has two canted oriel windows with slate roofs and 4-12-4-pane glazing, where the side panes open. Above the ground floor, there is a band enriched with pargetting, added in 1977, and below it are two 4-pane sash windows that are aligned inward of the oriels above. To the left, there is a half-glazed door with an overlight. A lean-to greenhouse is located on the right side wall, within the forecourt of No 6 Lexden Terrace. The left side features a door at the centre that leads up steps, with a window above it. The rear of the house is slate-hung and gabled, with two attic windows, two third-floor 4-pane windows, and two two-storey canted oriels. There are also 20th-century additions on the ground floor.
