Description

35 Quay Street is a house built with painted stucco and features a slate eaves roof with end stacks. The right stack, which is whitewashed, is shared with No 33, while the larger roughcast left stack is positioned against the taller end wall of No 37. The house has one and a half storeys and a three-window range, with narrow later 19th-century plate glass sashes. The upper sashes extend under the gables, which have bargeboards. A 20th-century half-glazed door is centrally located in relation to the windows.

The left room contains thin joists and a fireplace arch, as noted in the 1978 listing.
