Description

This former store building is a two-storey warehouse constructed from rubble stone, topped with an asbestos sheet roof and featuring stone end stacks. An additional lower wing with a slate roof projects from the right side of the front elevation. The front elevation includes three square loft windows situated under the eaves, with one on the left and two on the right. On the ground floor, there are two former doorways with cambered brick heads and inserted windows on the left, alongside a taller, broad cart-entry on the right, also featuring a cambered brick head. Each of the brick heads is adorned with small stone keystones.

The projecting wing to the right has a door on its return elevation and a small square light on each floor in the gable end, all three of which have 20th-century concrete lintels. The left end wall of the main range features roughcast outside steps leading to a loft door with a concrete lintel, and a door with a brick head is located immediately to the right of the loft steps. A lean-to at the rear obscures part of three of the four loft windows, while there is a ground floor window to the left of the lean-to.
