Description
15 and 16 Market Square is a house with a shopfront, featuring rusticated stucco cladding, a slate roof, and a brick stack on the left end. The building is three storeys high and has a two-window range. The upper floors have late glass sash windows, while the ground floor has a late 20th-century double plate glass shop front with a fascia and cornice supported by pilasters, along with a central glazed door. There are lines of stucco voussoirs and keystones above the upper windows. The left gable end is plain roughcast and has a small casement window on the second floor to the left. Since 1978, one chimney has been removed and the windows have been replaced.
