Description

Greenwood House is a two-storey house featuring unpainted stucco cladding and a slate eaves roof that is higher than the roofs of Nos 2-4. It has brick end stacks and a three-window range of 12-pane sash windows. The central doorway includes a 20th-century six-panelled door with an overlight that has marginal glazing bars. The house is accented by rusticated quoins, and all openings have a plain surround with a moulded keystone. To the left, there is a further bay with a lower roof, which contains a small 12-pane sash window above a ledged door with a three-pane overlight. The front garden is enclosed by rendered low walls with rounded coping, featuring piers in the center and at both ends.
