Description

This is a terraced house located at 3 Hottipass Street, built with unpainted roughcast cladding and featuring an imitation slate roof. It is continuous with No 1 and slightly higher than No 5, sharing brick end stacks. The house is two-storey and double-fronted, with 12-pane sash windows that are smaller on the upper storey, and a central doorway. All openings are slightly offset to the left. The current entrance has a 20th-century part-glazed door with a plain overlight. In 1978, the facade was stuccoed, and there was a 6-panel door with a traceried overlight.
