Description

5 Newport Road is a terraced house featuring roughcast cladding and an imitation slate roof, with shared brick end stacks. The building is one-and-a-half storeys tall and has a three-window range. The upper section includes three late 20th-century casement windows that project into the roof and have flat tops. On the ground floor, there is a large three-light window with top lights to the left and a plate glass sash window to the right of the central doorway, which is a late 20th-century half-glazed door. The house also has a narrow raised plinth.
