Description
The Fishguard Arms is a terraced house that includes a ground floor inn. It features colourwashed stucco cladding and a slate roof, with a toothed brick eaves cornice and a large shared brick stack on the right side. The building is three stories tall and has a single window range. Each of the upper stories has a 12-pane sash window, while the ground floor has a small timber canted bay window with a configuration of 4-12-4 panes, positioned centrally, along with a door to the left. The entrance includes a four-panelled door with a plain overlight. The first floor window is framed with a plain eared surround and has a narrow band at sill height, similar to the adjoining houses. The ground floor door has a plain surround with a moulded keystone above it, and the shop bay window features a drip mould above.
