Description
Elim Lodge is an attached house dating from the 20th century, featuring painted roughcast cladding and a slate gabled roof adorned with red tile cresting and a substantial brick stack at the right end. The left bay of the facade showcases a broad gable with fretted bargeboards and a finial. The house is two stories high and has a three-window range, with the gabled left side being broader and featuring a tripartite window with 4-4-4 panes on each floor. The center and right sides have plain 4-pane sash windows positioned closely under the eaves. On the ground floor, there is a central doorway, a small inserted casement window immediately to the right, and a 2-light, top-hinged window with 4-4 panes in the right bay, matching those on the left gable. The doorway is framed with a square-headed architrave and has a 20th-century door. The rear elevation includes sash windows with glazing bars and brick heads. The doorway has been altered since the previous listing.
