House; C17; timber-framed, painted brick nogging, stone plinth, tiled roof. Three-bay, 1 room deep, with continuous lean-to on rear; 2 storeys, upper half in roof. Front to lane: framing to house 3 panels high, squarish. Low plinth on left, late C20 two- light casement window, with weatherboard over. To right main post, straight brace to wallplate. Sill steps up slightly. Boarded door, up 2 steps. Lean-to boarded porch roof on struts. To right similar window; beyond segmental head to former door: brace from main post to wallplate. Lean-to extension over last bay, catslide roof, boarded door on left return. Two top-hung casement windows in 2-panel high framed main wall. Gabled dormers with late C20 casement windows over ground floor windows in main wall: half-hipped roof. Plain brick chimney on ridge, at end of first bay from left, begins to swell out just above roof. Ridge a little lower on left than on right. 2-bay house enlarged a further bay on left.
