Description

This is an end-terraced house, likely dating from the 18th century. It is faced with colourwashed stucco and has an imitation slate roof with stone end stacks, one shared with the adjacent property. The house has two storeys and a three-window facade. It features a range of four-pane sash windows, which are slightly larger on the ground floor. A central doorway has a diagonally ledged door, both framed by an eared surround and a moulded keystone.

The front garden is enclosed by a low wall constructed of stone rubble and rough stucco, with rounded coping and gate piers capped with pyramids. Slate steps and a slate path into the garden and leading to the doorway, which were noted in a previous listing, have been removed. The roof is no longer grouted with cement.
