Description
Terraced house, painted stucco with slate close-eaved roof (formerly with coarse brackets to overhanging eaves) and rendered end stacks. Three storeys, three-window range. To left is a big three-storey canted bay with plate glass sashes flanked by flattened rounded pilasters. Modern eaves board possibly replacing a top cornice. Top floor has plate glass sash window to centre and right, first floor has longer plate glass sash to right and ground floor has one to right of centre, not aligned, described as a doorway in 1974. The doorrcase described here in 1974 is now on former secondary door to extreme right. Plain timber doorcase with pilasters and entablature with keystone, but moulded cornice cut back since 1974. Flush-panelled 6-panel door in flush-panelled reveals with overlight. Door gives access to a through passage, with modern door to left to ground floor front flat, and second door to stairs in added large rear wing.
Interiors not inspected, said to be wholly altered in conversion to flats.
