Description
15 Goat Street is a terraced house dating from the 19th century, featuring painted stucco and a slate close-eaved roof. The building has two storeys and a three-window range that is offset to the left. On the first floor, there are horned 4-pane sash windows, with two located to the right and one to the left. The outer windows are positioned above larger ground floor horned 6-pane sashes, which are set in raised shouldered surrounds. However, the door is not aligned with the windows and is set to the left of centre. The doorcase includes channelled stucco piers and a flat lintel with a keystone, and it has a 20th-century part-glazed door. The house features a raised plinth. The interior has not been inspected.
