32 Hamilton Terrace

32 Hamilton Terrace is a pair of houses built around 1800, with No. 32 restored to its original appearance in 1991. The building features a stucco exterior, a slate roof, and brick end stacks. It is three stories tall with a two-window range on each floor, and it has a lower eaves height compared to the adjacent houses at Nos 28 and 30. The design includes stucco angle quoins and moulded arched door surrounds, while the upper floors are otherwise plain with two windows each. No. 32 has all renewed small-paned windows, which replaced a large later 19th-century two-storey oriel window. The ground floor on the right has a tripartite sash window with a configuration of 4-12-4 panes, and a 7-panel door topped with a radiating bar fanlight. In contrast, No. 31 features a plain fanlight, a broad 19th-century sash window on the ground floor left, and 20th-century aluminium windows on the upper floors.
