31 Hamilton Terrace

31 Hamilton Terrace is a pair of houses built around 1800, with No 32 restored to its original appearance in 1991. The buildings are constructed of stucco with a slate roof and brick end stacks, featuring three storeys and two windows on each floor. They have a lower eaves height compared to the adjoining houses at Nos 28 to 30. The design includes stucco angle quoins and moulded arched door surrounds, while the upper floors are otherwise plain with two windows each. The ground floor has broad windows and doors. No 32 has all-new small-paned windows, which replaced a large later 19th-century two-storey oriel window. It features a tripartite 4-12-4-pane sash window on the right side and a seven-panel door with a radiating bar fanlight. No 31 has a plain fanlight, a broad 19th-century sash window on the left side of the ground floor, and 20th-century aluminium windows on the upper floors.
