Description
25 Hamilton Terrace is a three-storey building dating from the 19th century, constructed of stucco with a slate roof and end stacks. The front features three windows and a prominent replica iron balcony on the first floor, along with a modillion cornice and a balustraded parapet, which were remodelled in 1991. Quoin pilasters frame each side of the façade. The second floor has three paired casement windows set in moulded architraves, each topped with detached cornices, also remodelled in 1991. On the first floor, there are three French windows in similar architraves, leading to a large welded steel Regency-style balcony with a tent roof, designed to replicate an old photograph. The ground floor includes two sash windows in architraves flanking a camber-headed doorway, which features a panelled door with an overlight. The ground floor wall is decorated with stucco panels. Additionally, there are elliptical arched openings between the front and back rooms on each side.
