Description

Barlow House is a three-storey building constructed with roughcast, featuring some stucco and a concrete tile roof. The chimneys have been removed. The front has three windows, with plastic upper windows replacing the original six-pane sashes, while twelve-pane sashes have been renewed in other areas during restoration. The entrance features a panelled centre door set within a simple stucco surround. At the northwest, there is a rear wing. Inside, a panelled hall arch remains intact.
