Description

No. 18 is a terraced house built around 1800. It features a stucco ground floor and roughcast above, both painted white, along with a slate roof and rubble stone end stacks, which are large on the west side and small on the east side. The house has three storeys and a three-window range of plate glass sashes that do not have architraves. On the right side of the ground floor, there is a large flat-roofed stucco porch from around 1900, which is entered from the side and has a 20th-century front window. Inside the porch, there are fluted pilasters and a minimal cornice around the doorcase.

Outside, there are fine spearhead railings that include a pair of square cast-iron piers with Gothic panels and pyramid caps. The gate matches the design of the railings.
