Description

20 Hamilton Terrace is a pair of houses built around 1800, featuring roughcast and stucco exteriors with imitation slate roofs. They stand three stories tall but have a lower eaves height compared to the neighboring houses. Number 19 has a two-window range, while Number 20 has a three-window range, both with bracket eaves.

Number 19 has a dry-dash finish and plain stucco surrounds around its openings. The upper floors have aluminium sash windows, while the ground floor includes a large 20th-century shop window on the left and an original arched doorway with a fanlight on the right, which has a 20th-century door. There are later 19th-century ornate cast-iron railings on a low wall in front.

Number 20 is also roughcast and features a two-window upper floor and a three-window first floor with plate glass sashes. The ground floor has a lean-to porch on the left and two similar windows.
