Description

A pair of houses dating from the early 19th century, located on Peckham Hill Street. The houses are built of brick with a stucco cornice and blocking course, and the return elevation to number 100 is newly rendered. They are three storeys high, with a basement, and each has two bays. Number 100 also features a two-storey, one-bay entrance extension.

Number 98 has a round-headed doorway with a fanlight, framed by fluted wooden pilaster jambs and a mutule cornice head. The doorway to number 100 has a stucco architrave and an oblong overlight. The sash windows have glazing bars and are set within gauged, flat brick arches; the ground floor and basement windows are contained within giant, round-arched recesses. A ground-floor window to the right of number 98 is blank. A sill band runs across the first floor. Number 100 has cast-iron window guards on both the ground and first floors. The interior of the properties has not been inspected.
