Description

A pair of houses built around 1838. They are constructed of stucco and feature a moulded cornice and parapet. The houses are two storeys and have a basement, with three bays each. The windows have stucco architraves, and the doorways are round-arched, supported by attached, fluted three-quarter Tuscan columns. Each doorway has a cornice head and a fanlight with glazing bars. The square-headed sash windows are fitted with bracketed sills. The interior has not been inspected.
