Description

This is a pair of houses located at 122 and 124 Peckham Park Road, built around 1838. They are constructed of stucco and feature a hipped slate roof with projecting eaves. Each house has two storeys and a basement, with three bays. The openings are framed with stucco architraves. The doorways are round-arched and flanked by attached, fluted three-quarter Tuscan columns, topped with a cornice and a fanlight that includes glazing bars. The ground floor windows are round-arched, while the first-floor windows are square-headed, with glazing bars present on No. 124. The interior has not been inspected.
