House. Early C19. Stucco with frieze, cornice and blocking course. 3 storeys, 2 bays. Ground floor has trellised loggia framing 4-panel door with fluted quarter columns, cornice head and patterned fanlight, and sash window with vertical glazing bars. Above this a cast-iron ornamental balcony along 1st floor which has tall round-arched sash windows with glazing bars in moulded architraves with console bracketed cornices. 2nd-floor sash windows with glazing bars in plain reveals. INTERIOR: not inspected.
