Description

This is a pair of early 19th-century houses located on Peckham Hill Street in Southwark. The houses are built of brick and originally had a low-pitched slate roof hidden behind a parapet, though the roof has been rebuilt. Each house is one bay wide, with a central bay between them featuring blank window recesses. Round-headed entrances are located in the returns. The sash windows have glazing bars, and are set within gauged, flat brick arches. The ground floor and basement windows are within giant, segmental-arched recesses with a stucco springing band. A stucco sill band runs along the first floor. The interiors have not been inspected.
