Description
This is an early to mid-19th century, three-storey, three-window house. It is built with a roughcast finish over a rubble base. The roof is steeply pitched and tiled, with overhanging eaves supported by paired brackets. Rendered brick stacks are present. The second floor has small, two-pane casement windows. The first floor has sixteen-pane sash windows, with cement architraves and stone sills. The ground floor has a slightly asymmetrical design with windows similar to those on the first floor. A simple doorcase features a flat hood supported by brackets, above a six-panel door. A plain, rectangular fanlight is set above the door.
