Description
This is an early 19th century house, built around 1830. It is a two-storey and basement property with a symmetrical facade of three windows. The exterior is colour-washed roughcast on a rubble stone base. The roof is slate, with a simple cornice and band running along the eaves. Tall, rendered chimney stacks rise above the roofline. The windows are small-paned sashes, with a decorative band marking the first floor. The central doorway has a flat, corniced hood supported by a sunk, panelled round-arched architrave. Above the panelled entrance door is a radial fanlight. A slate bridge spans a narrow area. Basement windows are situated to the left and right of the main facade. Original iron railings with urns on the stanchions stand atop low dwarf walls.
