Description
This building is a warehouse located at the rear of No. 12 Victoria Place. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a slate close-eaved roof. The warehouse stands three storeys tall and has six bays, each with cambered-headed windows that have red brick voussoirs and slate sills. The windows have modern casement-pair glazing, replacing the formerly shuttered windows, with the top windows being shorter than the others.
On the ground floor, there are modern boarded doors in each outer bay, followed by casement pair windows in the next bays inward. The central two bays contain a single broad doorway with a timber lintel, which also has modern glazed doors. The north end wall features a brick roundel in the gable and two louvred windows with timber lintels on the second and first floors. The interior has not been inspected.
