Description

10 Victoria Place is a terraced house that has been converted into commercial premises, with its facade rebuilt in a replica style around 1974. The exterior features painted stucco and a slate roof, supported by paired brackets at the overhanging eaves. The building stands three storeys tall and has two bays, with a sill band at the second floor and a moulded cornice at the first floor level. The windows are hornless sashes, with nine panes on the top floor and twelve panes on the first floor. The ground floor has a full-width plate glass shopfront. The interior is entirely modern, having been rebuilt around 1974.
