Description
11 Victoria Place is a terraced house that has been converted into commercial premises. It features painted stucco and a slate mansard roof behind a parapet, with a rendered brick stack on the left end. The building stands three storeys tall and has a two-bay front. Giant pilasters frame the narrow right bay, with the right pilaster being part of No 9, and a left pilaster that is part of a pair framing the entry to No 13. The pilasters have simple stepped caps and plinths, with the left pier having a cap at a higher level, similar to No 1.
An entablature with a deep frieze and simple cornice is present, which breaks forward over the left pier and the narrow right bay, with the frieze stopping against the left pilaster. The parapet also breaks forward over the narrow bay and the left end pier. The windows are sash style with narrow marginal panes, being narrower in the entrance bay and longer on the first floor than those above. The main bay on the ground floor features a bowed shop window with 25 panes, which is partly original. To the right, there is an arched doorway with a plain fanlight above the original heavy two-panel door. The ground floor has been altered.
