Description
This is a warehouse built from rubble stone with a corrugated iron roof. It has three storeys at the front and two storeys at the rear, which faces Quay Street, due to the slope of the ground. The front features a chamfered angle on the left side. On the second floor to the left, there is one boarded window with a thin timber lintel. The first floor has two windows, one on the left and one in the centre, both with 20th-century glazing and stone voussoirs. The ground floor has a central door that has been boarded over since 2005, flanked by stone voussoirs of long blocked low openings. To the right, there is a long opening, which may have been an infill of a former gap between this warehouse and a larger one to the north. The upper part has brickwork infill, while the lower part remains rubble stone. The south gable end features a door with a timber lintel on the left. The rear, facing Quay Street, has a flight of steps leading up to an entrance on the upper floor at the extreme left, along with three small windows to the right, which have stone voussoirs; two of these are blocked and one is boarded. The building has not been inspected.
