Description

The building is a warehouse occupied by the Haverfordwest Agricultural Cooperative Society. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a large mansard roof covered with corrugated iron. The warehouse is four storeys high, including a loft, and has seven bays. The central bay has been altered in the 20th century and is now filled with large doors. The windows throughout the building have cambered heads, sandstone voussoirs, stone sills, and boarded shutters.

On the ground floor, there are two broad segmental arched double doorways located in the second and fifth bays. The window in the first bay has been bricked up, and there is a door in the third bay. The central doors are likely from the 20th century, featuring brick sides and concrete lintels, with double boarded doors. An old photograph indicates that there were loading doors in this area, but they were narrower and located on the two upper floors.

At the rear facing Quay Street, the building is two storeys tall and has four widely spaced shuttered two-light windows above the ground floor. This side also features three doors alternating with two windows, all of which have stone voussoirs. There is a blocked door set lower to the extreme right, and some slate-hanging is present on the broad northern gable. The building has not been inspected.
