Description
26 Quay Street is a three-storey warehouse built with roughcast and topped with a slate roof that is hipped to the southeast. It features a thin brick stack at the southern end and a small brick ridge stack to the north. The front facade has three bays, with 4-pane sash windows on the upper floors and smaller sash windows on the top floor. The ground floor includes a 20th-century garage in the center and left bays, with a window in the right bay. To the left, there is a two-storey, flat-roofed, single-bay extension from the 20th century, which has a parapet, a door, and a window above.
At the rear, facing Quay Street, there are large 20th-century folding doors and two 20th-century metal windows on the first floor. The ground floor has a door to the left and a metal window to the right. The rear roof is covered with asbestos sheets and is hipped to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
