Description
The former warehouse at Victoria Dock is a 2-storey structure built of rubble granite, featuring larger quoins and a renewed slate roof that is hipped at the north end. At the time of inspection, many openings were boarded up. The north wall, which faces the dock and is pebble-dashed, includes a wide, slightly inset doorway and another doorway at the left end. On the upper storey, there is a central doorway with brick jambs, flanked by windows, all situated beneath the eaves. A stub wall is located on the left (east) side. On the west side wall, which is behind an adjacent warehouse, there is a single window on the upper storey.
The east side wall has six windows. In the lower storey, there is a wide doorway on the left that has been converted into two doorways by partial infilling with brick, featuring brick dressings under wooden lintels. The right-hand doorway has double boarded doors. Further to the right, there are two central windows with brick jambs and wooden lintels, with the right-hand window retaining a vertical sliding upper sash. To the right of these windows is another single doorway, followed by a camber-headed window at the right end.
