Description

Graigwen is a late Georgian building that stands three stories tall and features a three-window rendered front. The roof is made of slate, with bracket eaves and rendered chimney stacks. The sash windows do not have glazing bars; the first and second floors are adorned with architraves that include keystones, while the ground floor has splayed bays with cornices and panelled aprons. The raised entrance is offset to the right and is accessed by railed steps. It includes a doorcase with reeded columns, a half-glazed door, and a fanlight. There is also a basement hatch located to the left.
