Description

42 Bridge Street is a three-storey house with three windows. The exterior is rendered and features quoins and moulded architraves, topped with a slate roof that has end chimneys made of polychrome brick.

On the left side, the top floor has a 4-pane sash window above a splayed oriel window. The ground floor features a broad 6-pane former shop window with a cornice. The central bay has a blind window on the top floor above a 4-pane sash window on the first floor. The ground floor includes a doorway with a cornice and a moulded door frame, along with a rectangular overlight.

The right bay has a 4-pane sash window on the top floor above a two-storey splayed bay window. The left gable end facing Powell Street has two small sash windows positioned towards the rear.

The building has not been inspected.
