Description

Ystwyth is a Georgian building that stands three stories tall and features a three-window front made of scribed stucco, with a rusticated ground floor. It has a slate roof, wide bracket eaves, and a chimney stack finished in cement render. The building includes recessed small-pane sash windows, with keystones above the first-floor windows and one blocked window on the second floor. The ground floor has a horned small-pane tripartite window, which is flanked on the left by panelled reveals and a door topped with a fanlight. The right end wall is constructed of rubble and cement render.
