Description

Padarn Hall is a three-storey building featuring a five-window facade made of scribed stucco, with a rusticated ground floor, a cill band, a plinth, and an end pilaster strip on the right. The building has a slate roof with wide bracket eaves and rendered chimney stacks topped with brick cappings. The first and second floor windows have moulded architraves; the second floor features small pane sashes with bracket cills, while the other floors have sash windows without glazing bars. The ground floor includes inscribed keystones.

A central porch, which extends the full width of the pavement, is supported by fluted columns and has a split eight-panel door. To the left, there is a stepped down two plus two-window front that is in line with the main facade. This section has later horned sash windows, and a significant part of the ground floor features a modern glazed tripartite bow window on the right, divided by colonnettes. There is also an arched entrance to a side passage on the left, which includes a keystone and a boarded door.

The right side elevation faces Bridge Street and consists of a three-storey, three plus two-window front with similar architectural details. The first floor cill band steps up and down, and it mainly features small pane sash windows, along with a modern recessed entrance in the centre.

The interior of Padarn Hall has been extensively altered.
