Description
33 Marine Terrace is a three-storey building with a basement and attic, featuring a stucco front that has three windows on one side and four on the other. The facade includes dividing and end pilaster strips and a rusticated ground floor. The building has a slate roof with wide bracket eaves and rubble chimney stacks, along with pitched roof dormers that have bargeboards. It features horned sash glazing and full height splayed bay windows in the end and central bays, each topped with cornices. There is one window-box holder present. The entrance has panelled reveals and doors beneath a traceried fanlight, which is offset to the left. The front is enhanced by a cast-iron verandah supported by octagonal columns. The basement has a small tripartite sash window with small panes.
At the rear, there are small pane sash windows set in a rubble wall, with a visible masonry joint that corresponds to the division on the front. The rear also includes cement render lean-tos and a cross range to the left.
