Description

32 Marine Terrace is a three-storey building with a basement and attic, featuring a two-window stucco front that includes grooved and pilaster strips along with a rusticated ground floor. The roof is slate with wide bracket eaves, and there are stock brick and rubble chimney stacks. The building has horned sash glazing, pitched roof dormers with bargeboards, and a full height splayed bay window topped with a cornice and elaborate ironwork parapet.

The rear of the building is constructed from rubble and includes brick voussoirs, sash windows, and a brick extension.
