Description

Clarence House is a three-storey building with a three-window stucco front, featuring slender end pilasters. It has a slate roof with moulded eaves and sash windows that include glazing bars in plain reveals, although there is a dummy window at the top floor centre. The ground floor has small splayed bays added, and the central entrance consists of an eight-panel door accessed by steps, which is sheltered by a fine hood supported by elaborate volute brackets and an open pediment.

The side wall to the right shows visible close studding, while the rear of the building has a steep tiled roof with tall end stacks and whitewashed brick walls.
