Description

Godwin House is a three-storey building with three windows, featuring a rendered exterior and end pilasters. It has a slate roof with gable ends that include large rubble stacks, the right end of which has set offs, and brick stems. The building has sash windows set in flush frames, with later pedimented bays on either side of a central pedimented door piece that is adorned with panelled pilasters and reveals. The steep rear roof pitch is covered with stone slabs.
