Description

11 and 12 Broad Street is a two-storey building with an attic and basement, featuring a roughcast exterior and a base made of rubble and brick. The building has a round-arched window with a keyblock at the center of the gablet, and it is topped with high slate roofs that have tall red brick chimney stacks. There are three windows with horizontal sliding sashes that include glazing bars, and a later addition of a splayed bay with double-hung sashes on the ground floor to the right. Access is provided by two six-panel doors that are reached by steps.
